How will I be charged if I do upgrade/downgrade?
At the moment, we are using Shopify Payment system. So all charges are modified via Shopify. Check this article to know more information1. UpgradingWhen you upgrade from a LOWER to a HIGHER plan, the charge is prorated based on the difference in price and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle according to Shopify Policy.For example:You begin a 30-day billing cycle on a GROWTH plan, which is $19.9, and then upgrade to an PREMIUM plan, which is a $49.9 plan on day 10 of the billing cycle.=> You’d be charged ($49.9 – $19.9) * ((30-10)/30) = $202. DowngradingMonthly plans: According to Shopify "When you downgrade your plan by moving from a more expensive charge to a less expensive charge, you're automatically offered an application credit based on the difference in price and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle. This application credit can be used towards any future application purchase on Shopify."Please note that the first app charge billing cycle is counted after trial period. Each monthly cycle lasts long 30 days, each annual cycle lasts long for 1 year, after the cycle ends the charge will be recurred automatically. The charge is included in your Shopify monthly bill.3. Shopify billing cycleYou are invoiced every 30 days for your monthly Shopify subscription, and you pay in advance for the following 30 days. For example, suppose you receive your Shopify invoice April 5. Since April has 30 days, the cycle will terminate at the end of May 4th. On May 5, you are billed for the second month of your subscription. The third month payment is billed on June 4 since May has 31 days.
What if I go over my word credit limit?
